We know how exhausting having a brand new baby can be. Our Postpartum Doulas are by your side to help you transition in the weeks and months after your baby’s birth. We provide education and compassionate support to help empower you to become confident and well-rested parents.

If your baby is too young for sleep training it is still possible to get a full nights rest with an overnight Postpartum Doula. Often referred to as a “night nanny” or “night nurse”, as Postpartum Doulas we are there to ensure that you and your baby are well taken care of in the days, weeks, and months following birth.

If you know us, you know that we are big on sleep and we believe that sleep is vital for an optimal recovery from birth, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Sufficient sleep will allow you the energy and stamina you need to nurture your baby to the fullest and be present to enjoy the days with your baby, maintain a healthy relationship with your partner and transform your postpartum experience as a new family.

With overnight care, your doula will arrive at your home between 9-10pm and stay through the night, working 8-12 hour shifts. We help implement healthy sleep habits and lovingly tend to all of your baby’s needs such as feeding, changing, and soothing while you get some shut eye. Our biggest goal as Postpartum Doulas is to give you the tools and support you need to be successful in your own unique parenting journey. We provide education, helpful local resources, tips on preparing and stocking the nursery, guidelines for setting up your home to be functional and practical for life with a baby. Your doula will support you with hands on breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding support, she’ll guide you through your baby’s first bath, teach you to soothe and swaddle your baby and everything in between.
