WEEKLY PRENATAL YOGA
BREATHE, STRETCH AND DE-STRESS AS YOU PREPARE FOR LABOR & CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY AND BABY.
Prenatal Yoga is hugely beneficial for the health of you and your baby. Studies show that women who participate in a consistent yoga practice during pregnancy have decreased levels of stress, depression and anxiety as well as fewer physical discomforts during pregnancy. In addition, birth outcomes are more favorable with fewer complications in labor, fewer instances of preterm labor, less pain in labor and overall shorter labors.

physical poses to address common pregnancy ailments
mindfulness training for labor & birth
closing meditation
Even if you aren't pregnant, we encourage you to join. it's a challenging yet gentle class suitable for all stages of pregnancy, postpartum or those trying to conceive.
Please dress comfortably and in clothing that allows freedom of movement. Mats & props provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.

This 3 hour workshop will guide you through an exploration of tools & techniques to cope with labor and childbirth.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

use of a birth/yoga ball
vocalization
labor positions
massage techniques
music and more!
You will have hands-on practice with each method to see what resonates most with you. Partners or support person are encouraged to participate!
Taught by Doula & Childbirth Educator, Lauren Foster, this class is equally beneficial for those planning an unmedicated or medicated labor and birth.

CLOTH DIAPER 101 CLASS
LEARN THE BASICS OF CLOTH DIAPERING IN THIS INTERACTIVE CLASS!
The idea of cloth diapering can be overwhelming & it can be a challenge to know where to begin. This class will provide all you need to know to get started! You’ll have hands-on opportunity to touch and feel the various diapers and accessories, as well as learn about the benefits to the environment and your bank account!

How to decide if cloth diapering is right for you
Where to purchase cloth diapers
Ideal number of diapers to have on hand
Differences between the various types (AIOs, AI2s, pockets, fitteds, prefolds, covers, etc.)
Instruction on how to properly fit a cloth diaper
Washing & storage basics
Recommended diapering accessories
Taught by cloth diapering mama, doula, and educator, Lauren Foster, this class will give you the confidence to jump on the cloth diapering train! Bring you partner!
