Now Hiring Overnight Doulas in Wayne and Oakland County

Are you passionate about supporting new families through the vulnerable early weeks of postpartum? Do you love the quiet, sacred work of overnight care—helping parents sleep, recover, and build confidence? Detroit Dreams Tonight is looking for trained, professional, and compassionate overnight postpartum doulas to join our matching & referral network in Wayne and Oakland County, MI!

Priority will be given to doulas with immediate, full-time availability (on average 30-60 hours a week preferred). If you’re ready to grow your doula practice and build deeper community connections, we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Doulas with immediate overnight availability (able to start within 1–2 weeks)
✔️ Full-time commitment: ideally 30–60 overnight hours per week
✔️ Professional, reliable, and compassionate care providers
✔️ Experience supporting postpartum families (newborn care, lactation support, recovery support, etc.)
✔️ Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references
✔️ Bonus: Certification through a recognized postpartum doula organization (CAPPA, DONA, ProDoula, etc.) so you can accept Carrot and Maven clients.
