Led by experienced doula, sleep coach, and educator, Lauren Foster, owner of Detroit Dreams Tonight, these classes are designed to equip expectant and new parents with essential knowledge and skills. From prenatal yoga to cloth diapering and comfort measures for labor, these classes cover an extensive range of topics, ensuring you feel confident and well-prepared for the journey ahead.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be offering in-person birth & parenting classes in Oakland County!

As a doula and childbirth educator, teaching is a huge passion of mine. I love sharing knowledge with expecting and new parents and am honored to help guide them through learning how to have the prenatal, birth, and parenting experience they desire.

The first few classes to be added to the calendar are a weekly prenatal yoga class in Waterford, a monthly Cloth Diaper 101 class, and a monthly Comfort Measures for Labor class. More classes will be added to the calendar over the course of 2023.
